Music Contest

This contest is open to the Bards of Puddleby for the following reasons:
- The Volympic committee is relying on the Bards to play music for the opening and closing ceremonies
- Bards are not permitted to play music written by a non-guild member (q.v. the Guild rules)
- If a winning entry is written by a person who is not in the Bard's Guild, the Bards would not be permitted to play that entry
The Dwarven Volympic committee respects the Bard's Guild, and wishes to comply with its Guild rules. Since the music for this event will be played by Bards, the music for this event must be written by Bards.
Therefore, this contest is only open to all current members of the Bard's Guild.
