Placing: Honorable Mention

First thing first.

You must have wheat, (Bundles may be found in any of the farms from
time to time), hops (which I have always had to buy off other
exiles), and yeast (Which I also buy from other exiles <g>).  Wheat
and hops must both be crushed.  I prefer to take them to Greymyr
village and aim (lure) the rocks to land on the items in question.
Next you must have a large kettle to begin simmering your wheat.  The
easiest place to find this is in Husus's house.  I prefer, and only
for the valiant, is to go to Trool town.  Kill all the vile creatures
first then get all the chunks out of their cauldron.  Plavce the
wheat in the boiling liquid.  Let it simmer until the chafe separates
from the grain.  Once again sift the trash.  Once the grains soften
remove them.  Mash them until a nice consistent mush.  Place this in
a sealable container and leave in a warm place.  The lava pool in
Greymyr pass is good.

Take the yeast and hops and put both in another kettle.  This one
must have a lid.  Oonce these are in and the water comes to a boil
you must seal tight.  A large Zo works well for this.  Be sure to
give him/her some insulation due to the fact that they are not near
as hardy as dwarfs.  Continue heating this for about six hours.

Now take your mush that has been heated for at least 72 hours and mix
into the yeast and hops mixture.  Put these back into a sealable pot
and let them simmer under pressure.  This may take several Zos.  This
mixture shall be boiled for 38 hours and then set aside to ferment
for another 19 hours.

After the fermentation has begun, the aforementioned 19 hours, the
secret ingredient must be added.  KUDZU.  This is preventative
medicine.  Kudzu has been used by dwarfs for many generations as a
preventive medicine.   Let this also cook for at least three hours.

After the allotted time place all the ingredients into a keg made
from tangle wood.

For beer with more KAPOW! you should add three drops from crushed
Dark Berries.  These should be added with the kudzu.  Be careful
though because of you add to much it will turn the beer lite which
can be quite deadly.  Especially to dwarfs.

For a sweeter beer the blood from a honey bear may be used instead of hops.
